| My wife and I live in Charlotte, NC and we recently bought a house in Beaufort, SC.
Kim Ackerman from ERA Realty was our buying agent.
We did not know anybody in Beaufort nor did we have any Real Estate company in mind at the time we decided to search in for a house in the area.
We met Kim on a Sunday. She was the only one who would answer our random calls. We later found out that nobody works on Sunday in Beaufort...except for Kim Ackerman!
Kim toured us around and showed us houses that matched our search criteria without hesitating once, making herself available at all time. She kept a very professional profile and became very quickly dedicated to providing us with the best service possible.
To make a long story short, we ended up buying a house that she suggested we look at. That house would have never come up in our searches. She wanted us to take advantage of a tremendous opportunity and she knew what she was talking about!
Not only did Kim guide us carefully through the long and tedious process of closing on the house, but she also went above and beyond the call of duty. Lori and I knew that we were going to have to relocate at one point in time. Kim helped us in our search for a job, even set me up for an interview and put my wife in contact with local employers. She also extended her hospitality by letting us use her apartment one night, after a long and exhausting drive from Charlotte!!!

Even long after we've closed on the house (we still live in Charlotte), she is still in touch with us and kindly offers to help us with random stuff each time we call her.
