Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in their purchases of single-family residences and income property within Beaufort County. I'm one of the few Beaufort area realtors that is a member of the Hilton Head MLS along with the Beaufort MLS. This gives my sellers the added edge of access to another market. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
On development properties I am experienced with the process of due diligence, dealing with the appropriate agencies and making sure that my client is well represented. Beaufort County offers developers many opportunities, call me to find out more.
Personal
I'm a South Carolina native and have been in Beaufort for seven years. I graduated from Converse College with a degree in Business Management and have previously worked in the mortgage lending field - on both the primary and secondary markets. Current hobbies of mine include spending time out in our boat with my husband Jeff, and our two sons Ryan and Adam whom both attend Port Royal Elementary School. I also enjoy traveling, scuba diving, competing in USTA tennis leagues and showing my horse in regional hunter and jumper shows.
Currently I'm the chairman of the Spring and Fall Festivals for Port Royal Elementary School, a member of the Junior Service League of Beaufort and a Co-Chairman for CAPA with the JSLB. I've also served on the Christian Education Committee for the First Presbyterian Church located in downtown Beaufort. |
